- Protect and fully fund crop insurance
- Deliver faster, more reliable disaster relief
- Invest in conservation and soil health — voluntary conservation programs, cover crops, precision agriculture
- Modernize legal agricultural labor programs (H-2A/H-2B reform)
- Expand access to capital — low-interest loans, credit guarantees, microloans for small, beginning, veteran, and minority farmers
- Build rural infrastructure — broadband, farm-to-market roads, storage facilities
- Open markets and support fair prices — trade relationships, protection from unfair foreign competition
The campaign's "Agriculture Priorities for District 5" flyer tags all five of its priorities — supporting family farms, conservation & soil health, rural infrastructure, access to credit & markets, and disaster relief — as having Bipartisan Support.
